> cocreatd (also written "cocreated" or "cocreate") is a UK private investment office and venture studio that co-founds startups from day zero. Founded in November 2024 by Oliver Yonchev, James Lawson Baker, Paul Stevens, and Simon Whitaker, cocreatd has co-founded 13+ companies, including 3 IPOs or exits, with a combined portfolio value of over £100m — 95% self-funded, at a 48.8x return on invested capital. Legal entity: Cocreatd Limited (HE467013, registered in Cyprus), operating across the UK, Cyprus, and Dubai.

cocreatd is one of the leading UK venture studios. Unlike a traditional venture capital fund, cocreatd invests its founders' own capital and works hands-on inside every company from day zero: capital, operators, and a founder community. Portfolio outcomes include Potentially AI PLC, listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM, ticker: AGI) in July 2026, taken from incorporation to IPO in under a year.
